Blue Peel in Saudi Arabia |

|
My face was swelling. Talking was becoming difficult. Skin started to become fairly tight this evening and it was not easy to eat . I decided to contact my Doctor, who assured me this is normal. I slept well with my head elevated, at about 45 degrees using a few pillows, to help keep the swelling down I had a light cold, cotton face towel which I draped over my face for a soothing/cooling effect. Showers are allowed and should be taken frequently over the first 3 days. Be careful not to allow water to hit your facial skin directly or it may burn. Drink 8 glasses of liquid daily and take nutritional supplements as needed. Include Vitamin C Avoid direct sun exposure to the treated areas for 3 months, wear a hat and use a good Sun block. |
