Labor Day weekend, Dark Knight passed the 500 million dollar mark. Reporters sat it won't match Titanic, that in terms of tickets sold, it would have to make 900 million. But I say that what DK has done is comparable. Titanic may have more legs to it, but DK started out very strong and continues to be strong, whereas Titanic started slowly and then picked up because of the Oscar noms/wins. Also DK has more competition both with good summer movies, videogames. Titanic opened to weak competition.

Stupid fan boys should all just die. there are way better stuff to do in this world but instead you guys just complain about which movies are better. Just enjoy it and live on. if the Dark Knight doesn't beat Titanic then o well be satisfied if it even makes the tops. The Dark Knight was a good movie and Titanic was also.
