Ok guys...I bought this product the Contour Core Sculpting system and so far I am very impressed. I can see the reasoning why this will help firm and tone our muscles in time. You just have to buy this belt because its a diamond in the rough. LOve my contour belt...! :)

The beginner setting is 45 minutes which includes a 10 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down. You can re-start that program or reset for endurance, or one of the other programs offered or move the belt up or down and condition several sections of your abs.

Before my neck injury I would do 100 crunch's daily just to keep my stomach in shape. That ended 3 years ago...voila waist has enlarged a few inches. So I bought this knowing I'd return it on day 29...but guess what - I noticed a slimming of an inch or so within 3 weeks but even more impressive - my tummy is much harder! Impressive! Pay upfront so you won't pay anything out of pocket if you DO return it.
