We have not this meaning Muscovy at all... But we have this - Царская Россия(Tsarist Russia)...And If I don't get you wrong... You think there was no anything unusual in occupation of Muscovy to say sorry?

1568, i mean Muscovy of course. That was the name written on maps, in our diplomacy and the other sources, Latin "Moscoviae", eventually "Russia Moscovia" in Polish just "Moskwa". Name "Russia" works more or less since Peter I.
