Facelift Journey to Hell

I underwent surgery at the MGH Residents' Clinic, a facelift & lower blephroplasty, and 8 weeks later, a rhinoplasty (supervised by Dr. Joel Feldman) Massive swelling after the nose job permanently damaged all soft tissue involved in the face/neck lift, and left my face a hanging sack of flesh, stretched and detached from the underlying muscles.This video includes the photographs taken by Erika Hahn, which Dr. Feldman falsely stated were not an accurate depiction of my true appearance. The fact that Dr. Feldman would even venture to offer an opinion on my photos is incongruous, given that he flatly refused to see me at the time the photos were taken. He saw me one time ONLY..which was 8 months after my rhinoplasty. The damage was evident, but became more so in the ensuing months. He misleadingly presented photos less than 2 months post op to the Court. Every plastic surgeon knows that the real results of surgery are not evident until one year later, yet he intentionally set out to mislead the Court into belief that the 2 month appearance was somehow more "accurate" than that of one year later, which is recognized by the medical profession to be the appropriate time to evaluate a surgical result. If my case had been handled with appropriate investigations pf the etiology of the problem, I would not have ended up in the hands of Dr. Eppley.. My otherwise healthy body would not literally be DYING from these heinous procedures. 10 years later, Dr. Feldman's lawyers are still trying to SILENCE ME. They will have thier wish soon enough in silencing my actual life.. But is there is any good in this world, the voluminous, irrefutable documentation I leave behind will take on a life of its own and expose these doctors for what they are. Of course they have patients who are eternally grateful to them!! That does NOT change the way they treated ME.. My experience and their responsibility for DESTROYING my health and my life is as REAL as the lives they may have saved. I am not trying to negate any good they may have done for OTHERS.. In my case they CAUSED the problem, they did nothing to even remotely help fix it...Lucille Iacovelli
