totally random but honest question... im perfectly healthy and thin, just out of nutritionaly enthusiasm im thinkin of replacing the occasional cookie and sugar snacks with a bowl of no sugar muesli, bc i love milk n cereal. is this a good idea or pointless? i guess the answer is obvious tho, huh?
