You know whats cruelty to animals? When a bear mauls a rabbit and tears it apart. Or when a snake eats a rat. I'm sure it hurts to be eaten alive, more than having your head cut off and then skinned. Wake up people, this shit has been going on for centuries, people eat animals. Its the cycle of life, and we are on top. Now, I will finish my chicken sammich, thanks for reading.

Yeah, the animal kingdom isn't all love and sunshine among the species. Animals do worse things to each other. If you support PETA you're delusional.

I agree with you ,lawlatstupidpeople , We must go to the source of the animal abuse , the ones to whom commit these crimes, not just adopt and then "put donw" these animals.

PETA has the wrong idea about how to change things. I love animals, but I would never join PETA because I agree with the story of the sun and wind. PETA supports domestic terrorism, and I know many of you won't believe me, Check out their 2006 tax return for yourself. 97% of their animals were euthanized that they had addopted. I agree, we can make a difference in this area, but never through violence, for that only breeds ignorance.

I respect that you(PETA) would like a much more sanitary(sp?) way for these animals to be kept and killed, but don't tell me what to wear and what not to eat.

animal: a living organism characterized by voluntary movement. By definition, humans are animals. What you have done is created an unjustified hierarchy claiming dominance over nature. Things will not change because of people like yourself. Yes, "animals" are a necessary resource for humans but it doesn't mean we should go about killing them cruelly. The only "ignorant" ones are the people who believe it is perfectly natural to skin an animal alive. Have mercy and respect what you kill.

Animals are here for the service of man, not the other way around. Animals do not have rights and never will. Animal products have been the backbone of human existance for thousands of years. A bunch of dirty, ignorant, terrorist hippies isn't going to change that. |
