From what I remember, they asked NASA for some space footage, and made the concept of the video of the footage NASA gave them. I never thought his debut single "Criminal Mind" would have ever taken off, but showed the power of music videos in Canada.

"Cosmetics" was my introduction to Gowan and his music. It's a classic! Caught him with Styx a few years ago - it was awesome! One of the few great performers out there.

I was able to see him perform as part of Styx in 2001. He looked & sounded great, as did they. And "Criminal Mind" sounded like it was made for them! Billy Squier & Bad Company were the openers.
